Provide on-line applications (management or other B2B services) the possibility to complete the personal details of a company, starting with the VAT or fiscal code, adding a set of basic personal data such as business name, address and ATECO code.
It allows the operators, or the customers to avoid unnecessary waste of time and reduce the chance of errors while increasing the size and quality of the archived records.
Similarly to what is described in the case of self-completion, the business card within the company’s management or CRM, populates automatically with up-to-date and accurate data on entering the VAT or tax code, reducing time and potential errors for all the involved operators, who can concentrate on higher value activities.
In addition to this, it is possible to imagine periodic cleaning activities to allow one-off bonuses (it is not uncommon to find in the archives of customers between 20 and 30% of companies ceased on the total stock records) and constant updating processes of the archives.
