Born in Klagenfurt, Lisa Idziorek moved to Vienna after working in London, Paris and Kitzbühel. In 2011 she set up the company HUGME with her sister Julia and has now combined Scandinavian design with Alpine style at the Kauz Design Chalets with considerable taste and sensitivity. Arch. Augusto Visintini has been running a studio called Work Architects Europe for 20 years, dealing with urban planning, architecture and interior design. He considers each project a challenge and an opportunity to see the world in a new light. Passion, creativity and curiosity are the pillars of his long work experience: to date, under his leadership, Work Architects Europe has designed no less than 3,500,000 m³ of buildings, 2,000,000 m³ of redeveloped areas and 20,000 housing units.   Hermann Kaufmann (Reuthe, 11 June 1955) is an Austrian architect and a lecturer in wood design and structures at the Technical University of Munich. Domenico Mazza was born in Aosta on 12 December 1971. He grew up and lives in Courmayeur, breathing the mountain air and nurturing an interest in the landscape and buildings from when he was very young. He attended a technical college for surveyors in Aosta and, while studying, worked as an apprentice designer for various architectural firms in Courmayeur. After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin, he practised as a freelance architect and set up his own business at the foot of Mont Blanc. “High school initiated me into building technology, university allowed me to delve into the humanities and was the generator of a desire to learn about things, matter and processes. I graduated in 1997 in Politecnico university of Milan, where I have been working as a contract lecturer since 2000. Over the years, the will has been to create a heterogeneous team of architects and engineers united by the desire to merge different experiences in a common architectural project. Graduated in Civil Engineering and Architecture from TU Graz in Austria. He participated in numerous workshops and studies with Zaha Hadid, one of his main sources of inspiration. He collaborated with the Graz-based Szyszkowitz-Kowalski architectural firm for many years. In 2005 he opened his own architectural firm “SCHULZ-ARCHITEKTUR” in Graz. Managed since its foundation by architect Edis Pivetta, Pivetta+Partners studio has an inner collaboration with architect Sara Tomasi, surveyor Sara Bernardi and interior designer Milena Cester, as well as numerous external experts with heterogeneous backgrounds, who are constantly involved in the design/realisation process of projects. Inspired by life, he does not opt for the middle ground, but aims for the extreme. Antonio Guarneri was born in Udine on 3 August 1960. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Architecture of Venice in 1989, with a score of 110/110 with a thesis entitled: project for the recovery and conversion of former children’s holiday colony in Milano Marittima into a tourist service centre – recovery of the estate by upgrading rational architecture as a strategy for urban and environmental renewal. In 1991, the project was awarded the 1st prize as the best project of the Cervia area.
