A building defined by two architectural languages: articulated loggias opening toward the valley and a more compact brick façade along the main access road. The brick surfaces wrap the volume, unifying the composition and giving the Quartaccio complex a strong, cohesive presence within the surrounding landscape. This project redefines Piazza Dante following the reorganization of two ENEL power stations. A new paved surface, framed by fencing inspired by late 19th-century designs, reflects the character of the Esquiline neighborhood. Featuring seating, water courses, fountains, and layered plantings, the plaza is now a benchmark for urban renewal in Rome. This shopping center, built in a degraded peripheral area, serves as a strong focal point for its surroundings. Its exterior features solid, robust façades, while the interior is more transparent and colorful, reflecting a high-tech approach with exposed systems and predominantly metallic structural elements. A project for low cost scholastic buildings – kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools- spread across the city’s hinterland, from Ostia to Passoscuro, from Axa to the Cassia, resolved by a constructed artifice, a large portal, % that contains all of the accessory and service functions. Within the field of irregular building shapes and forms, the purity of a classic geometric object – the square – generates an unmistakable, unique and timeless identity for the city of Milan and for the district of Gioia. The ambition of the project is to provide a prestigious and comprehensive social and urban experience which keeps up with the times and with the changes in technology and human relationships. The Administrative Sicilian Offices complex, in this project by Studio Transit, in addition to hosting the employees of the Region, will be a public space accessible to all citizens, a generator of new urban connections, spaces for staying and services for residents. In the heart of the Flaminio district of Rome, the new residential project combines innovation and tradition, with a language that recalls typological and material elements of historic Roman buildings, with a strong contemporary character. New urban centrality was the objective in Studio Transit Architecture's definition of the character of the proposition for the architectural redevelopment of the Ex Magazzini dell'Aeronautica. This new urban identity was thought of as a structure open to the city. An architectural concept to define new spaces for aggregation, exchange, communication, while preserving the image and typological characteristics of the complex. Immersed in the uncontaminated landscape of the Maremma coast, this villa was subject to an initial “cleaning” to remove all of the superficial and all of the additions that, over the years, had modified its original appearance and layout. The Angelini Headquarters is the result of an international competition that Studio Transit has won.More than a building, this architectural complex represents an “urban measure“, which includes office spaces and general services connected to them, functions connected to each other through a careful and calibrated articulation of interior spaces, gardens and passages.The basic themes of the project revolve around three concepts: relationship with the pre-existing structure, bridge structure and the addition of the multifunctional central element – the ‘ribbon’. The new elements of the complex were designed using the orography of the place to create places of great emotional value that at the same time denounce a barely perceptible presence in the landscape. ENI Business Unit Refining and Marketing by Studio Transit. More than just a building, our project for ENI Business Unit Refining and Marketing, is a multi-function complex distributed along two converging lines of the Europarco Business Park in Rome. The project finds in the pavilion structure surrounded by greenery the optimal solution both for the correct psycho-pedagogical development of students and for creating collective spaces that can be used by the community for school or extra-curricular activities.
