Multi Germany GmbH has won the contract for the centre management of the TRIER GALERIE shopping centre in the southern German city of Trier. Multi will assume the management of this renowned shopping centre from 1 February 2020. “The takeover of the management of the TRIER GALERIE is particularly significant for Multi. It is one Multi Portugal, part of Multi Corporation, a leading pan-European integrated service platform for retail real estate assets in Europe and Turkey, has been awarded the property management of B Planet shopping centre and retail park as per 1 May 2019. This latest mandate continues Multi’s successful expansion in the field of external service mandates. B Luca Maganuco, Managing Director of Multi Italy and Multi Hungary, has been recently appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) as representative in the category real estate. The Board of Directors brings together the leading figures and companies in the industry and, in the next Multi Corporation celebrates its 40th anniversary with an additional €1.3 billion worth of new assets under management (AUM) in the last twelve months. The bulk of the additional management contracts relate to retail assets, whilst the new assignments also comprise of other asset classes such as office and hotel.
