What is a detailed company page view?

A detailed company page view lets you to visualize all the data of a company which are not available in the preview of the results page, such as contact information, the people related to that entity, and all the official social media accounts of that company.

What is an export credit?

The export credits allow you to download your company lists and contact details in Excel format. Each credit entitles you to download a record in a list. (for example with 10 credits you can download a list of 10 companies).

Can I change a plan at any time?

It is possible to change the plans on the renewal date by contacting us at sales@atoka.io, for special needs for early upgrades please indicate your need to sales@atoka.io.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Monthly subscriptions, it is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and reloadable circuits), for the Annual payments are accepted payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and reloadable circuits) or Bank Transfer.

Is the renewal automatic?

The renewal of each Atoka subscription is automatic, with the ability to deactivate within the preferences of your account by the date of renewal.

Is it possible to purchase additional credits?

It is possible to purchase both views and additional export credits, by contacting us at sales@atoka.io.

Where can I find my billing information?

All information and invoices can be found in the Preferences of your account. Each invoice will also be sent automatically via email.

Are there any benefits for Innovative Startups?
